Spring Has Sprung - Has Your Boat?

Well, it's not quite the official start of spring (that's March 20). But some days, it sure feels like it's here! For us, though, spring isn't just about the warmer weather and longer days - it's about busy days. Spring and fall are our busiest times for hauls and service work, and understandably so. So if you want to beat the rush, book your appointment now! Those who don't wait until the last minute enjoy fewer delays, and that makes everyone happier!

For haul out services, we prefer that you give us as much notice of your desired date as possible. Much of the time our haul-out service is booked at least several days out. During the spring and fall seasons, we can be booked out to a month in advance. That said, we hate to turn folks away and always try to remain flexible. It's just easier on everybody if we can schedule things in advance.

We recommend you learn more about the services we provide here before giving us a call. If you're more of a do-it-yourself-er, we are all in favor of you coming and working on your own boat. We have a well stocked ships store and carry many common boatyard items like cleaners, paint, epoxy, fiberglass, mixing cups, zincs, lubricants, filters, hoses, stainless hardware and much more. In addition we sell ice, cold drinks and other marina essentials. We do have a few rules, like you may not pressure wash your boat (we must do it for you) and you must use a vacuum sander if doing bottom work. Get your questions answered about our boatyard rules here, or give us a call.

So if your boat isn't ready to take on summer, it's time for you to give us a call. Let us help you make this the easiest de-winterization you've ever had!
